I am not citing a closed case. The USA vs Svorai case in the Northern District of Ohio is active and not terminated nor shows associated with any other case. There is also a case in the Florida district that was closed. Makes sense it was moved to Northern District of Ohio.

Then there is the USA vs Vaccaro case that is also in the Northern District of Ohio. It does not show the 2021 USA vs Svorai case associated with it. But it does show the 2019 USA vs Svorai and the 2019 USA vs Vaccaro cases associated with it. See the little box that you can check that says associated cases. Surely if it was part of the case it would show up as an associated case as well right. There is a USA vs Svorai case from 2019 that is associated with it. But then the USA vs Svorai case from 2021 would be terminated and it would show there. But it is not terminated and shows active.

I posted the case number. It is active and not terminated. Again ... post where it shows or states the active case from 2021 USA vs Svorai is part of the 2019/20 USA vs Vaccaro case or anything that states CATV has been added or part of that case.

Post it. Post anything that shows or states that aside from you posting it or saying it. Should be easy for you to do.
