You’re citing a closed Florida case with a document that was NOT filed by the government, but filed by Svorai’s attorney.

The CATV case was in fact unrelated to the indictment filed in the grand jury in Ohio implicating Svorai, Vaccaro et. al. and it wasn’t referred/moved to the grand jury until July, 2021 — Svorai’s attorney letter was submitted in May, 2021 to set bond.

If that’s your proof, then that letter bears no relevance (ZERO) on the case, except for Svorai’s bond — filed before a criminal referral was made.

I also answered why they released him in my post that I linked — white collar criminals were set loose on house confinement starting at end of 2020/beginning of 2021 due to needing to control covid in the system. There was a period when they were running out of GPS monitors. No hidden message there, in fact it was all over the news.

I’m having a tough time understanding what exactly is your argument, but if you’re arguing there’s a separate grand jury that’s being convened for the CATV case, then wow! shareholders are in for a rude awakening with at least a couple more years of drama.

You’d much rather have the current grand jury, which I can say for sake of efficiency in proceedings, and the fact that courts are just now starting to function at full capacity from affects of 2 years of Covid backlog, AUSA would be hard pressed to convene a separate GJ when he already has one convened in Ohio for a defendant with a similar case.
