Not really ... all the doc states is the case would go to a grand jury ... which would be required of any case. The Fed charges against Svorai would have to go to a Grand Jury who would decide based on evidence whether to indict etc.

Yet on the document on the USA vs Svorai case I posted a link to ... the Government upon allowing his release specifically states that the USA vs Vaccaro case is unrelated to this case.

The multiple names thing you mention is not what I am referring to.

Case 20cr00392 is USA vs Vaccaro from the 2017 to 2019 scam not involving CATV. That is listed 6 times for the 6 defendants that have been indicted. It also ties in the associated cases 19mj03190 and 19mj03191 which were USA vs Svorai and USA vs Vaccaro from 2019 associated with the 2020 case.

Then we have 21mj02340 USA vs Svorai where Svorai is the only defendant in Florida Southern District. And 21mj02054 which is USA vs Svorai in the Ohio Northern District. This is the Svorai scheme related to the Feb 17, 2021 complaint that lists CATV.

There are NO associated cases and the document pertaining to his release signed off on by the Feds specifically states ... although odd they fought him being released from March to May 2021 and then did an about face and were completely fine with releasing him ... so that would also assume they were no longer worried about any type of threat or gain he couod make financially which would mean CATV should have been allowed to continue trading as there is no public interest concern or the Feds would not have let him out ...

At any rate ... the document states regarding his release and I quote It should be noted that a seperate, pre-existing 1M secured bond remains in effect in an unrelated case pending in the Northern District of Ohio Case #20-392

There is no spinning that one. Maybe you were confused since there are multiple cases and there was a seperate Svorai/Vaccaro Case in the same district pertaining to the 2017 to 2019 scheme which did not involve CATV. Seperate and unrelated specifically stated in the court document filed 05-21-21.
