Agree, if I was an Attorney, everything an OTC Company did would give me pause, before I put my name on it. That's what Attorneys do, they pause and make sure they are attesting to what's "known" or "Believed" to be true.
Attorney Letters are full of statements that "Cover their backs."
But, I'm at least glad that Attorney Letters are required to be current, you?
