On April 18, 2022 control of the Company has transferred from Jim DePrima to Brian Kistler by an Assignment and Assumption Agreement which transfers the ownership of the Series A Preferred Stock to Brian Kistler.

Our Company’s current sole Director and officer Jim DiPrima has resigned, and Brian Kistler has been appointed as interim sole director and officer.
