Billy came in in 2015? Value was a .01; tin foil hat self says perfect time to dump some shares into the market. The value was flat, until May 2018 or so, then peaked around .06 in summer which I think coincided with the announcement of the lawsuit/ Ptab. Companies started putting caution language in their 8-ks, etc. before being delisted.

“Lawsuit IPO” if you will. Lawsuit, secondary offering that only impending bag holders didn’t know about.
