First off, FTDs are not self reported, they are a result of an automated system that produces account balances at the end of each day that are not settled in either payment or shares. There are no "dark pools" on the OTC Markets, its not an exchange, yet another false statement. Now the facts of INSD, there were FTDs here in INSD before the SEC suspension and becoming matched trades only after the suspension was lifted. We can see it in the FTD data and clearly after December 17th there are no shares sitting in an open position. So no SHORTS, No Naked SHORTS and absolutely no ABUSIVE SHORTS.
