If Deirdre sold the patents to Chanbond for $5 million and 44 million shares, what is she doing ~ deciding what the inventors get paid, and petitioning for release of the settlement ?
What is really IMPERATIVE TO KNOW is ~ WHAT WAS IN THE AMENDMENT that Earl signed under duress ?
This case could be over if we cant stop the distribution to deirdre and bentham. document > (ChanBond will distribute the Settlement Funds to Leane, Defendants within five (5) business days following decision on the Motion)
Document infers that Earl Hennenhoefer may have signed the case away to deirdre in 2015. WAIT ? WHAT !!
This is most likely the issue that was what Deirdre won at the arb.
The next 10 days will be critical.
Seems like Billy isn't calling the shots, in fact.. .IT IS deirdre !
Now we can all see why she's intervening the case.
Why did the response against our intervention come from her, not billy ?
