No, I didn't forget. There are ways for holders of restricted stock to cash out, though not efficiently, or even necessarily legally. It happens.

When big deals are going on that involve swapping stock around, as with ONYI, or anybody else that USSE chooses to get into a "VC" deal with, a lot of stuff can be hidden behind the smoke and mirrors. Dilution, especially. There are deals that get done behind the deals, and under the table, behind the scenes.

I'm not saying that any of that is happening, because I don't have any evidence of it in this case, other than the chart and the convoluted, vague nature of the PRs that are coming out, the silence of the company regarding basic issues, and just a gut feeling based on having seen this type of situation before.

I'm not bashing; all I'm saying is "Watch your ass." That's not bad advice, under the circumstances. Read and heed all safe-harbor statements, and always wear your safety glasses.

A good bottom's hard to beat.
