Aduhelm should never have been approved for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. The level of evidence required, is now based on the stage of disease. I think FDA is under pressure to make approvals. That could work in our favor. I don't think insurance companies would be a problem. There is a lack of options and Vascepa is not expensive.
