Conveniently omitting the Nasdaq up list part? Lol. Rxmd is not RS to trade in OTC but to up list to Nasdaq and they repeatedly said they won’t at this pps and the rs will be 1:50 or less. Even though they took time but finally they are SEC compliant now shutting the mouths of few non believers here.
