Read it again. SOHM Inc has no lease. "Prior management" has a lease using their other company. Who knows what that is. Donut shop? It's a mystery. But SHMN, the multinational pharma company (thier words) has HQ using the previous managment's space in a strip mall that they don't pay rent for? Seems legit....
