I forgot who said it (possibly Dr Budoff) to have a burger and a milkshake before your blood work, to spike your TG numbers.

Make sure you have a good relationship with your doctor so that he understands what you're doing (satisfying the PA TG requirement) -- you may or may not be able to tell him directly.
