pensive, is Bayard is trying to shift all the blame away from Billy/Chanbond to Deidre through the ASA.

(perhaps, Bayard made a deliberate leak of the ARB)  

At this point the judge's attention has been shifted to focus on the ASA and ARB. Chanbond's opposition was full of drama.

the main point that Chanbond could have raised that would affect them directly in challenging the injunctions etc was the posting of the INTEREST BOND.

The rest was a cry for them to try and get the judge to deal with all the other issues around the whole case but not specific to opposing  the injunction.

 Intimidating the inventors.. .by insisting on that bond ? ...possibly trying to discourage them

Divert attention from Billy and concerned about Deidre's fraudulent nature.. .so that she does not get free money ~ 22% of gross settlement is huge.. .affects everybodys earnings

Inventors are getting bad treatment...looking at it Deidre would get more money than an individual inventor > 22% of GROSS.. .plus the $5mil plus 44mil shares ??

quite the loot ! Billy must feel jilted as well

The inventors are engineers and know their math, why they brought on the lawsuit.. .the cheating is clear as day.

why was DL even granted money in the ARB ...after all this ?

...various contemplations I received this morning from shareholders re: recent filing (worried billy's lawyers will cite and include in future legal proceedings LOL)
