Shouldbe, my theory is that MJ02 was free flow tested while "open hole" and hence Dunn began speaking of "completion" to aid in reservoir sizing and optimization. Its just my theory as they did not announce the results of any flow testing as you noted, and I'm not sure why. Dunn did say they would complete based on test results, and they are completing now, so that is the basis for my theory.
Open hole in this context means before the deepest and 4th section was lined/cased. The 4th section was the primary target.
