Well when we all saw they weren't buying any back, we all assumed it was a bust.
The failure of them to make a public announcement was covered here a lot of times, they failed to do so.
This is nonsense..
So leaving the buy back out there pass the impose deadline making investors believe it was still happening is a guarantee and very misleading.
It was in no way a guarantee...lol...the TA isn't gagged, everyone knew, especially near the end that no shrs were bought. We didn't need them to tell us...lol...
There's also the fact that after it was announced the co went dark, not an excuse, just a fact. imo something happened internally, maybe Shah related, money wasn't there, whatever....
Like I said before, if I have zero trust in a co I own stock in, especially on matters a year/ years old, I would have made an exit a long time ago.
The share buyback is over, and when this stock runs again those buyers won't gives a rats ass about any of this shit.
