There are at least 3 things I can't help you with in your post.

1. Acquisition nonsense?

2. Nice looking bottles?

3. 3rd world countries?


There are 4 PR's that talk about this acquisition, and 2 filings. What we all invested in last year was already known, there was no talk of nice looking bottles then. SHMN business description has always been largely about selling to "developing" countries. Now we don't like them because they are selling to Africa?
