Genuine question:
What could possibly be contained in any of Diedre's motion papers that would make these lawyers go crazy?
Why would the lawyers be so concerned about this guy returning documents / data that wasn't supposed to be public?
What would you speculate the information involves, given that they are potentially trying to remove counsel and maybe seek a mistrial or dismissal because of it?
Why would Rader (sic) be attacked for not returning this stuff?
Heck, he now knows it, so returning it is insignificant at this point.
I just don't know what Diedre could have in any petition that would cause such angst.
