Hard to believe they would be so upset with the truth coming out about how they planned to deceive the courts by not telling the truth? Why would this worry them so much if it isn't true? Is there anything wrong with being transparent? Oh yea I almost forgot all of our hard earned monies are involved here! Again, what is so wrong with having the truth come out if everything that's happened is legal? Hard time understanding why shareholder have never been contacted? Global settlement was said to have happened last July.
