Where are they selling the CBD?

If they acquired it why haven't they told us who they brought?

If ? So if it didn't officially close yet what is the problem ?

Where are they getting the cash for the "cash basses" deal?

One would think that when the deal closes and money changes hands, that will be disclosed. If anyone thinks for one second that they haven't run all of this by counsel they are mistaken.
