That is the biggest lie ever. PWC had all the authority granted to it by the courts. The sale for $4.34 mil included BioAmber Inc (where the shares are), BioAmber Canada Inc and BioAmber Sarnia Inc. The sale of all the assets save and except for the cash, AR, inventory and some office furniture in the US was approved by the Canadian and US courts in a chapter 15 cross border scenario.
So yes PWC had all the authority it needed.
If the company had sold it would have been reported to the courts, SEC, creditors, shareholders and the public right away. There is no chance it would have been kept a secret for any length of time
