You don't understand what Canadian only means, PwC only sold the Sarnia plant which does not even make sense why 4.3M only, they had no authority to sell anything else, (nothing)"the company" with all subsidiaries including Bioamber Canada Inc which is restructuring was sold by Rick Eno with conditions, and a closing date which is confidential, PwC is playing tricks with Bioamber's shareholders but it's not working, I wonder why PwC has a criminal record for fraud
