If the 15c2-11 was filed the first week of February as stated ( and no that’s not cue for comments we’ve all seen in regards to the exact date ) and it really is 3-6 months processing time we could see that CE drop in as little as 3 weeks.
That being said DBMM is already pink current abs an existing trading company so I find it hard to believe it will take longer. Either way it will be dropped soon, the we have DBMM pink current, back to trading , MOASS coming, then no need to worry about final dismissal as there will be no more reason to hold back!!
