To say they own no equipment there is a false statement. All of the leasehold improvements made are theirs to use for at least 20 years.

But they already subleased that space out for 20 years.

NWBO leased a space. Spent $17M fixing it up for the next tenant, then subleased it for chump change.

EDIT: I never said they own no equipment. I disagreed with the assertion they own "the equipment". I do agree they own some equipment. Just not much.
