well I'm not concerned with the rev's not showing up in the 4th qtr fins, they never said they would....
Q1 will tell the tale...
as far as paying cash, I think they said " cash basis " I'm no accountant, so I can't speak to that.
I will say again, if they start showing the rev's from Brainwise with the lab they currently have ( with 5 employees ) I'm good with that.
I also would note that NUMEROUS shareholders have complained to management via IR and they state that their counsel is on top of it. There has also been complaints made to the SEC....
Again, if they continue to grow without spending cash they don't have for an acquisition they didn't need so be it.
Point taken though that this could, and should have been explained much better.......
