On NEOG's FY3Q22 CC, the CFO noted the significant costs of preparing for the merger with 3M. He said there were 14,000 hours of meetings between NEOG and 3M staffs during the quarter. Does this number seem plausible?

That's very plausible as its ~30 people full-time (40 hours per week for 12 weeks) during the quarter focused on the merger.
