The dilution of the past 3 years is NOTHING compared to what is coming.

Why doesn't the company reveal in their financials the terms of all the perferreds? THIS is why, to hide the coming dilution. 10 to 1 ration here... but there are several other classes! what are their ratios?

I'll be here to point them out when they hit the fan! And when they do, guess what? Dilution will suddenly be accepted as "no big deal" because there is no such thing as bad news in the pinks! lol

Forgot to mention, the series B conversion rate appears to be 10:1
