I am just speculating on the most logical course of action and what seems likely. I agree Newman, I believe, given what looks like apparent progress, especially with the certification of Sawston and the UK Specials program proceeding as a publicly communicated part of the process, it sure seems to me that they should be far along and that we could get positive news any day.
