However, information about difficulties with the publication and postponing it after TLD and MHRA approval, seems to me to be Material information and I am somewhat dismayed that this would leek out.
Not at all the tight lip pattern that NWBO has been following for so many years.
Having said that, it does make sense that MHRA would only permit DCVax-L to be produced because MHRA has ample proof about the vaccine's efficacy.
