. Seems like PCT wants to settle! I thought those 100,000,000+ warrants at $0.00035 were cancelled?? If they were, why settle and screw your shareholders?

Apparently PCT hasnt been totally honest with its shareholders.

Wonder how that impacts Art's reputation among shareholders singing his praise for no good reason


You only settle when it's clear you can't win outright or if you're in the wrong and don't want to be held accountable in court. Or maybe pct is too broke to pursue further? Either way or didn't bode well for comments that Art/pct has made in the recent past.
