This is so far from true. 95% of lawsuits end in settlement. As cases drag on, attorney fees rise and the plaintiff and defendant end up paying more and more money. It’s not uncommon that the end result is a loss if aggregate income due to legal fees. Settling is often in everyone’s best interests. I don’t take issue with a lot of things you post but this statement is simply silly.
The finality of the issue will come at a cost and negotiating a speedy amicable outcome versus chancing an unfavorable outcome . imo & have no reason to doubt gg. Respondent is predatory lender.
