As I understand it a DCVax-Direct trial ought to permit far faster enrollment than DCVax-L as no surgery is needed. If they continued looking at patients with all sorts of solid cancers that are inoperable, lining up thousands of patients would be possible. The question is where does the money come from to do it. If they either get a partnership, or many more shares authorized with data that takes the share price substantially higher, perhaps a substantially sized pivotal trial could be next.
