Boeing elevated to Bullish Fresh Pick at Baird
Baird analyst Peter Arment adding Boeing as Bullish Fresh Pick as China 737-MAX deliveries are getting close. He noted the selloff and that expectations are for deliveries to resume at the end of Q1 or early Q2. He also noted while Omicron is causing lockdowns in China and domestic traffic is down 47% in the last three weeks, resuming deliveries in China is paramount for the company's production rate plans for the 737-MAX and long-term fee cash flow recovery. Arment reiterated his Outperform rating and $306 price target on Boeing shares.
