And you're an expert now. No one knows anything for sure, but it seems unlikely that the interim data indicates anything about a failed anything. Any knowledgeable observer can see they have to traverse a regulatory chasm for now, created by one regulator, but not the others, that is messy, but not indicative of "failure", just the context of a huge, global, medical crisis that took that regulators primary attention off of the ball on regulatory reform points that are important to this company, but probably seem pretty abstract still to the policy arm at the regulator trying to finalize those changes.
