I bought some of your shares today. Not sure why you think the warrants are toxic. It's not like they're floorless convertibles or something. SMDM received millions of dollars for the penny warrants. Whether they sold 16.5M shares at .30 or 16.8M warrants at .01...not sure I see the big difference. Looks like they received around $5M for each part. $10M total. Management owns more SMDM shares than anyone. They're not going to shoot themselves in the foot with a toxic financing.

I've followed this company for over a decade. About as solid a penny stock as you'll find. Great earnings, there's a bunch of cash on the balance sheet now, they hold quarterly conference calls and attend investor conferences, and they want to move up to Nasdaq. All that for .15/share. Not a slam dunk or anything, but I think an excellent gamble down here with multi-bagger potential. If there's any other penny stocks with such solid fundamentals at such a cheap price, I'd appreciate the tickers.
