I'm Out All Shares Sold

Just full disclosure to all is all. I could be wrong. This is my farewell letter to two people at Seeking Alpha. Just to give you guys heads up too.

I changed my mind. I'm out.

A 5 cent net loss, but that's okay. I could completely be wrong. I think it's a great business and great fundamentals. I'm worried about the toxic warrants penny warrants in there. I don't know if my assumption of .15 being the bottom, where they lose money, is correct. I could be wrong and they just take it to 1 cent. That would be extreme value too.

I truly appreciate you bringing this to my attention, JT. I hope it works well for you. You ahve a great eye for detail. There is just a tipping point that pushed me out. An ethics problems.

It's the way the company executive didn't expand on the unit in the conference call. He just said it was .30, but didn't elaborate. It's the way they don't mention anything in the PR. The details are only found on an SC-1 filing, and it came after the announcement. It's a little too deceptive. And the company itself may be deceived. I don't know. StringRay is great. I may invest in them instead.

I hope this works out for both of you. I just don't know if I"m making the right choice. The penny warrants have spooked me.
