It should be obvious why TLD / Journal is being delayed, but it isn’t. It should be very very obvious when TLD is expected, but it isn’t. All we hear is Nick’s conversation with DI about certification by Q1/Q2 is also sliding to an impenetrable depth of NWBO’s chamber of delay secrets. There should be public transparency, but there is not.
