Yes, but it is more fun to blame "BIG BROKERAGES, BOILER ROOM OPERATIONS and THUGS on WALL STREET" who they can't identify or even provide evidence that these mythical entities had anything to do with CMKX instead of blaming UC and the other insiders that conned them out of their money.
