I don't agree,,Ukrainians know for a fact sanctions haven't hurt the Russian military yet...(and as I said before,I also feel the Dictators like Putin and say Kim will let the people starve before they cut the military)

That leaves Zelensky with sticks to fight stones, especially from the air....

You spoke of feel good....I think, thinking sanctions will hurt the military is hopeful feel good thinking....The threat was no deterrent either....
