So the oil is being pumped and transported and still did nothing to keep the price of oil down. Looks like the Keystone pipeline doesn't have to be done, that subject is closed.

Perhaps you did not read the whole article. The Capline Pipeline can only handle 200,000 barrels a day. The Keystone would have handled 640,000 a day. That would be 3 times the current amount going to southern refineries, which, by the way, are set up for refining heavy crude oils.

And, as I previously posted, the everything from Canada is for export only is Bullshit.
