One needs to read between the lines.......Just because there's Resistance, it doesn't MEAN it'll emerge victorious.
In fact, oftentimes it almost seems that resistances "get formed" (by the street) for the sole purpose of getting broken thru.....
If/when a resistance gets broken thru it triggers a buy signal (that's why they can spike up so HARD).....As seen in chart Number 3
It's in that way that my info is "actionable" .
