The key targets and/or resistances for a bounce are first 11.29ish, 12.18ish and 13.47ish. These numbers come off of ma's and combined with VbP market structure create more strength than if they were more isolated. Those targets line up with your chart predictions. What will it take to create a strong up move? Strong/Exciting positive news.
The strongest move? Strong/Exciting news plus overall market support and in the bio sector.
