Onerag, You are so right - and it might in fact have been your post I read about - 'the lower the SP - the more F4 shares'.

An yes 'if Management and BOD, should really be so cynical - as to just collect the most possible shares out of the Company - not fighting to raise the value of the Company for self-serving reasons - they should be removed - better today than tomorrow.
