It's easy to get frustrated at the first couple of doctors. It's similarly easy to get frustrated at the first couple of small biotechs trying to find their place on the sun. At some point the problem begins to look systemic.

How do most/all major (or potentially major) drugs get across to most/all providers?

Our healthcare system needs better outreach and regulatory oversight. Better = less capture. Whose board would a former FDA commissioner rather sit on, Amarin's or a BP's?
