Yup, first it was 'big news' with ECEN and a huge backing company, then the fake EGOC videos, and now withdrew and abandoned that FINRA submission.

I'd be shocked if we hear anything ever again from whoever actually got this from Lazar, since its becoming more and more likely that that China govt blocked any progress.
