He hasn’t lost. He probably converted and sold all his warrants. Made a small fortune and later decided to buy more at the recent low.

5X and probably more than that on your money over 2 years. Some investors would consider that winning the Super Bowl.

Does he have better access than us. I would say yes because of the amount of money he can bring on an offering. Do they tell him what they do not tell us. No because that is illegal but he gets better color and reinforcement to the data we get.
