Lou I didnt see TSOI name on the suit. This suit had {atel and restum on it. The fda granted us to do phase 3. There was nothing in there that i saw saying to stop. I just hope tim didnt stop and is continuing on with phase 3. This is between Patel, restum and the fda if needed.
