3M—…the PFAS issue could be open ended based on the length of time in production, volume of chemicals distributed and diverse application.

Just to be clear: 3M continues to manufacture PFAS chemicals that are not considered environmentally troublesome. 3M’s environmental liabilities pertain to certain members of the PFAS class that are no longer being produced.
