I’m glad that Missling basically took a shat on Trofinetide. (Pun intended) I was surprised to hear that Trofinetide Did Not show any response in adults and Only showed a response in children. That says a lot about our drug. And what parent likes to have diarrhea and vomiting. For parents and children with Rett that’s a terrible side affect. NO ONE wants to deal with that, especially if they are sitting all the time. Quality of life for the caregiver and patient drops tremendously.
Also great that the moderator asked about the other biomarkers because they want to know how far reaching our drug will be. Those things make our cross CNS platform that much stronger. Missling laid that out nicely.
Also great that he emphasized the correlation between our PDD and Alz. “And those are our exact endpoints” mic drop moment. Although much of this we’ve heard so many times, it never gets old for me.
