Think about it, the Courts have no choice but to side with NetList. If they side with the other parties, they have taken the stance that patent protected PIP (proprietary intellectual property) is a non-issue. These other entities can do as they wish without consequences, basically run other companies over while using their PIP.

Really hope they go after Google and force them to also not have use of NetList PIP like they did with Samsung. I'd laugh my ass off.

Wanna watch a company backtrack and suddenly rethink their position~?
Google will if faced with those consequences. Or they lose market share to a NetList positive competitor.

Google, Samsung, Micron, and Inphi all coming to a head.
10s of $BILLIONS$ IMO. This isn't a Mickey Mouse settlement. It's worth billions in market share lost by NetList from all parties involved.

They know it~! That's why they are fighting so hard to try to stop it from happening. They are screwed~!
